Remuneration and expenses
10(1)A member of the Commission who is not employed in the public service of the Province is entitled to be paid the remuneration fixed by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council.
10(2)A member of the Commission is entitled to be reimbursed for accommodation, meal and travel expenses reasonably incurred in connection with his or her duties in accordance with the Treasury Board travel policy guidelines, as amended.
